What's the cost of shipping?
We offer FREE SHIPPING with USPS priority mail for orders over $99 within the USA including Alaska and Hawaii. For orders under $99, we charge a flat rate of $9.90 for priority mail with USPS including Alaska and Hawaii. International order rates are calculated at checkout. Do you take custom jobs?
We sometimes take custom jobs on an individual basis as time allows. Because we manufacture all of our product in-house, we have freedom to customize every aspect of our garments. Do you see something you like, but we don't have the right size? Do you have a specific trip you are packing for, and need to cover a particular environment? Do you want a specific fabric or color? Contact us for customs at support@narlynx.com!
Do you accept returns?
We accept returns on certain items. Please click here to see our refund policy.
We went on a wild adventure and our Narlynx item now has a hole in it. Do you repair your products?
Yes. We understand that rips and tears come with adventure! We are glad you're using our products to their full potential. In support of sustainable manufacturing and recycling, you can ship your item back to us and purchase a repair. You are responsible for shipping charges. Please send photos of the damage to support@narlynx.com for assessment and repair quote.  

Payment Information

Do I have to pay sales tax?
Tax amounts (if any) are based on your shipping location and vary by county and state. Our website automatically calculates sales tax when you enter a shipping location. International shipments may be subject to duties upon delivery and are the responsibility of the customer. If duties are not paid and the package is lost, destroyed, or returned to us with contents in unsellable condition, we will not refund the order.
When will I be charged?
Your account will be charged within 24 hours of completing checkout.

Safety Information

Do I need to be with my cat while they are utilizing your products?
YES! Our products are designed to be used with direct adult human supervision at all times. Never leave your feline unattended while utilizing any of our products including, but not limited to, dressed in our garments, collars or harnesses or utilizing our blankets, beds or accessories.

Always monitor your cat for signs of overheating including, but not limited to, lethargy and panting.

Our winter wear is designed to retain heat in cool conditions. Always use caution when entering cold conditions and monitor your cat closely for signs of cold exposure.
Is it OK for my cat to chew on your products?
No. Cats must be supervised at all times while utilizing our products, and chewing on them must be prevented. Ingestion of any parts or pieces of our products may cause injury.

Can my cat use your products while traveling or confined to a small space?
Cats are often confined to small spaces during travel, such as in a soft or hard shelled carrier within an airplane cabin, car or train.

ALL of our products including, but not limited to, collars, harnesses, clothing items, and backpack accessories such as beds and blankets should be removed and taken out of the backpack (or other) carrier in which a cat is occupying while traveling unattended.

Cats can easily overheat, become entangled, or chew on materials while being confined to a small space for a long period of time.
Can my cat be near an open flame while using your products?
No. Our products contain common synthetic materials used in outdoor clothing including nylon and polyester. These materials can melt and cause severe burns if used near an open flame.

Never allow your cat near an open flame or other dangerous heating source while utilizing our products.
